1. Confirm the glasses can take a normal photo with their capture button.
2. Confirm Meta AI shows the glasses as connected.
3. Keep the glasses powered on, unfolded, and worn.
4. Have a secure rtmps:// server address and stream key ready.

First test the glasses' physical capture button. If it cannot take a photo, force restart the glasses: turn them off, hold the capture button, turn them on while continuing to hold it, then release when the inside LED turns red. This does not erase captures.

Never send a stream key in a screenshot or support message. If exposed, rotate it directly at your streaming provider.

For a useful diagnosis, include your app version, iOS version, glasses model, firmware version, and the exact error message. Do not include your stream key.
